Returns/Refunds
Returns/refunds are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please email images of the fault to ellisbeth.eb@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Faulty items can be either returned (and refunded) or you will be offered a discount for your next purchase.
Shipping
Items are shipped via Royal Mail and will be tracked. Please allow a shipping time of 4-6 weeks after purchase. I ask of this as every item is handmade once purchase is complete and allows time for all items to be completed. Shipping costs will vary depending on where items are being shipped to and will be calculated at checkout once your address has been inputted.
Note: if for any reason you do not receive your items, this will be an issue with Royal Mail and not Ellis Beth. All items will be tracked, which will be your proof of postage and give you an indication as to where your order is.
We are not responsible if you enter the wrong address whilst placing an order with us. Please double check all details at checkout to ensure items get sent to the correct address.
