Shipping policy

Items are shipped via Royal Mail and will be tracked. Please allow a shipping time of 7-14 days after purchase. Shipping costs will vary depending on where items are being shipped to and will be calculated at checkout once your address has been inputted.

Note: if for any reason you do not receive your items, this will be an issue with Royal Mail and not Ellis Beth. All items will be tracked, which will be your proof of postage and give you indication as to where your order is.

We are not responsible if you enter the wrong address whilst placing an order with us. Please double check all details at checkout to ensure items get sent to the correct address.
